About Grizzly Spas

Grizzly Spas is a family run business and are based on the Essex / Suffolk border on the outskirts of Sudbury, Suffolk. Our showroom has our full range of hot tubs on display, a large choice of chemical water treatments for hot tubs and swimming pools and all the accessories you could possibly need. We import and hold in stock most of our spa product range to ensure the best prices and deals for our customers.

We have a large stock of spare parts to back up all the spas we sell and for the larger spas offer a comprehensive service contract to ensure our customers complete satisfaction.

Delivery & Installation *

Collection: Collect the spa yourself from our showroom 1 year parts & labour warranty.
Bronze: Curbside drop, chemical kit and 1 year parts & labour warranty.
Silver: Curbside drop, chemical kit and 2 year parts & labour warranty.
Gold: Full installation, chemical kit, steps, cover lifter, Bromine or Chlorine tablets, chemical dispenser, Non Chlorine shock, scaleaway, scum sponge and 2 year parts & labour warranty.
A curbside drop means the spa would be placed at the curbside in front of your property.
A full installation includes a 2 man team, use of a specialised dolly to move the spa in place assuming suitable access, filling the tub, connecting to the electricity supply (provided by customer) running the spa and giving operating instructions and full chemical treatment tuition.
